Winter Storm Warning For Big Bear Lake Area!

The Big Bear area got hit with another 12-18 inches of snow in the past 48 hours with the Lake Arrowhead area receiving a little more (18-22″).

This is great news as you make your way to the slopes for some mountain fun!

Speaking of, if you are headed that way – here are the ski lifts currently open:

@snowsummit: 13 of 16 lifts open.

@bearmountain: 12 of 12 lifts open.

@snowvalleymtnresort: 7 of 8 lifts open. | Read the snow report for Snow Valley Mountain Resort here.

Please note: During winter storms like this, you are required to use chains in the Big Bear Lake area. Please check in with most recent updates from CalTrans here.

Current time it will take to go from Big Bear Lake to Running Springs: 65 Minutes (subject to change – please check current conditions).
